Our discovery process takes place over 4 to 6 meetings, enabling us to fully understand your Business, the Opportunities for Growth, your ideal customers, your competitors and the perfect online marketing strategy for your business.

 
 

Embarking on discovery with Eonic requires a significant investment in your time. It is proven to deliver significant returns as it helps you understand your business from a new perspective and focus on what is really important for its success.

Typically we require 4 to 6 hours of your time in 1 hour sessions usually weekly.

Between the meetings we conduct further research on the topics discussed ensuring we have a deep understanding and add some real additional insight.

We produce a detailed report of our findings that you can use to inform the strategy across your business and as a reference point with other suppliers.

In addition we will be in a position to present a detailed proposal of our strategy for bringing success to your business.

Understanding your Business

We take time to understand your organisation, the services you offer and the benefit that brings to your customers. We will look at your strengths and weaknesses, and the current risks to your business.

The outcome from this session will be a series of documents that you will own to help you understand your business from a customer’s perspective.

Knowing Your Customers

We deep dive into understanding your customer. We create a “Customer Avatar” and really look to understand how your customers tick, who they are, where they hang out, who they listen to and respect and what is important to them.

We may want to consider a 2nd “Customer Avatar” for a different market.

We will create a detailed customer profile for your ideal customer, this will help us understand how to communicate with them.

 Investigating your Market

We will explore your market sector, we will look at your key competitors and compare what they are doing you are not and look at what is working for them.

We will look at where you are positioned in the market and compare, branding, messaging, content, social media engagement and search positioning.

We will produce a report outlining our findings.

Strategy & Goals

We will explore how your customers will engage with you, and the routes they take towards becoming a customer.

We consider:

  • How they might first hear about you and your services
  • How you will build sufficient trust with them
  • The routes they might take to contact you and become a customer

From this we will be able to determine a coherent plan to deliver new customers to your business.

We will give you a dedicated account manager to work with you through every step of the project, from the first contact, right up until your site goes live, and beyond, giving you a single point of contact with an overview of every facet of your project. Your account manager will work with you to create a detailed project plan and functional specifications for your project.
