Major release with some new key features.

This is a milestone release that has been 5 months in development and extensive testing. It also  lays the groundwork for some key future features.

Scheduled to be the last major release prior to component upgrade to .Net 4 which will enable us to make use a number of new developments and improved performance.

ProTx ecommerce users can use 3D Secure facility.

Admin site no longer times outs if left for long periods of inactivity.

For sites with eCommerce and membership, added the option to not apply the tax rate to specific members.
When creating forms, we can now accommodate uploading of files to, say, user profiles etc.
The Edit menu page is much faster.
