For many years now it has been the accepted wisdom to do everything possible to ensure sites look identical in all browsers.
The web is moving fast with so many different platforms and evolving technologies we believe a different approach is required.
So this is our pledge, we will make the best use of all new techniques to produce sites that look great in all browsers. We will take full advantage of features available in later browsers, making your site lighter and faster to load.
Unless instructed we will not spend our customers budget implementing purely stylistic flourishes in hacky fashion just for older browsers, but we will ensure sites “downgrade gracefully”.
We believe this approach will actively encourage people to upgrade browsers to get a better online experience; it will also help coax browser developers to adopt new standards quicker (yes that means you Microsoft!)
