Content types
Selecting certain Page Layouts give you the option to enter content as a certain type. Existing content types are:
- News
- Events
- Links
- Image Library
- Products
- Information
- Contacts
- Vacancies
- Google Maps
The purpose of content types is to provide entry fields for standard requirements for that particular category.
Bespoke Layouts
A bespoke layout will only be supplied on individual specification. If a bespoke layout has been requested it can be used on as many pages as required.
Changing layouts
Changing a layout may show or hide existing content. If you change a page layout and required content is no longer visible, change the page layout back to what it was and re-arrange what you need from there.
Page Layouts for New Pages
The default layout that is applied when a new page is made is the TEXTUAL LAYOUT with 1 Column. This provides 3 simple areas for input which are the Header, Body, and Footer. If your title is created by the display name you may only want to enter information in the body area.
